EU and UK Data Processing Addendum

This EU and UK Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the Agreement entered into by and between the customer signing this DPA ("Customer") and Aurabox Pty Ltd ("Company") ACN 651 225 606.

This DPA has been pre-signed by our Data Protection Officer on behalf of Aurabox. If you are an Aurabox customer, and you have agreed to the Agreement, this DPA is automatically effective, as it forms part of the Agreement, and renders any prior DPA ineffective.

If the details of this DPA are not acceptable to the Customer, or the Customer would like to request a change, please contact us. Where Customer makes any deletions or other revisions to this DPA without the approval and updated signature of our Data Protection Officer, this DPA will be null and void.
