At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. Where you have an account with Aurabox, Aurabox is the data Controller. Aurabox collects Consents from you for the use of your information. Aurabox will respect these consents at all times. Aurabox will only process or share your Personal Health Information in accordance with your consents and relevant laws.

15. LIMITS OF PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION PROCESSING AND SHARING WHEN AURABOX IS THE PROCESSOR

Aurabox allows medical professionals to add Personal Health Information to patient profiles with the software. In this instance, the medical professional is the Controller.
